We are doing a summer desserts class next month. I already looked on all recipes, but I only found a few things that got me excited. Any one have any ideas on great summer treat recipes? I would LOVE to know...

Today I helped in Olivias class room for the whole day today! Joey went with me and of course was wonderful. But I really admire Olivias teacher more then ever. she did hair, buttoned pants, wiped tears, disciplined, and made smile after smile appear on twenty children s faces- all while staying sane in a crazy environment. she is a wonderful person and I am so glad there are people out there like her. It makes me feel o.k with sending my precious gift away because I know she is in a good safe place. I have no Idea how she has the energy to do all she does and then go home and do everything I know she does with her family. wow. some people are just amazing. thank you for being you!

when it gets late..

when it gets late at night you do strange things. So last night ( right now) I just started a new blog. I don't expect any one to read it because its not my "fun" blog. But if you ever need a lift maybe it will be a place to go.

spring cleaning

I haven't posted as much as I would like this week, but, some where in the first half of the week before st. patricks day parties and Enrichment nights, I thought it would be a great Idea to start my spring cleaning. Turns out it was a good Idea. My house is feeling fresh and organized almost all closets are safe to be opened by any one who might choose to, and of course the base boards are dust free again! I love to de-junk. I think I could do it as a living! I love to organize and have a room feel totally diffrent when your done. So I bought three more bins today and baby clothes will all be organized and put away, maternity clothes are put away! even my scrapbook stuff has found a better home then before! AHHHH, I love spring.

EEWW!

Every week when we go shopping at the store, I let Olivia pick a snack for her lunches at school, this week she wanted tapioca pudding. While mike loves the stuff, Olivia had never tried it before; but, I figured it was good to let her try something new and I knew it wouldn't go to waste.

Today both Olivia and Jack wanted to have pudding for a snack, after eating it for a few minutes Jackson exclaimed " MOM! THIS PUDDING HAS BOOGERS IN IT!!"

EWW! I Told him it wasn't boogers, but apparently he didn't believe me because I just looked over at the table and there the pudding sits, hardly anything eaten from it..
